About BOPA and BFAI

Artscape is produced by the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts, Inc. (BOPA) on behalf of the Baltimore Festival of the Arts, Inc (BFAI). BOPA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit which serves as Baltimore City’s arts council, film office and special events agency.
BOPA’s goal = to make Baltimore a more vibrant and creative city What We Do: Serves as Baltimore City’s official arts council, events agency and film office. Provide funding and support to artists, arts programs and organizations across the city. Produce large-scale events such as Light City, Artscape and the Baltimore Book Festival.
