Vendor RFPs

The Baltimore Office of Promotion and & Arts (producers of Artscape and The Baltimore Book Festival) is accepting proposals for the following equipment/services:

The deadline to submit a proposal is February 29 at 4pm.

All other equipment/service vendor categories, such as tents, tables, chairs, sound, lighting, stages, etc. are already being negotiated for 2012.  If you would like to be added to the vendor list for 2013 RFP's, please email Jessie.
