12PM- 1PM Bloomer*, rock *A winner of Sound Off Live!, the annual competition where up-and-coming bands from Maryland, Delaware, D.C. and Virginia compete for a slot to perform at either Artscape, Baltimore Book Festival and Light City.

Bloomer is a Rock band from Baltimore, MD created by musical partners Luke Boardman and Matt Zorzi. The band’s sound emerges from a mix of 70’s & 90’s Rock, Soul and American Roots Music. Blending dynamic influences with energetic performances, each set offers an interactive experience.

Biography:

The Fruition Experience is a team of long time friends and musicians well versed in many styles of music including jazz, hip hop, R&B, soul, gospel, funk, rock and classical to name a few. The sound and repertoire ranges from acoustic straight ahead jazz to an electronic fusion of hip hop and neo-soul with soulful vocals and cutting edge contemporary jazz chops similar to Herbie Hancock’s ground breaking “Head Hunters” album. The group has been successful at developing a following in the DMV area with their own hosted quarterly concert series delivering uplifting music that taps on your conscious mind and feeds your soul.

12:30PM- 1:30PM High-Brid Band, rock

High-Brid is an Eclectic rock band that fuses most known genres of music in a rock format. High-Brid consists of five members: Joshua, Tony, Dion, Rel, and Steph.

High-Brid latest accomplishments are their singles “Truth Be Told” “Want to Make a Difference” and "Tropical Cyclone" The band have been busy performing at many local and out-of-town festivals and venues. To name a few: Pianos (NYC); Shrine (NYC); Apollo Theatre (NYC); Hard Rock Cafe (MD); Artscape (MD); Veterans Memorial Plaza (MD); Wallace Pruitt Rec (NC); High-Brid first Radio Interview was on WPFW 89.3 FM Live @ 5 with Katea Stitt.

Presently the band members are back in the studios recording new music. They continue to strive for their goals to entertain, travel and bring about a new genre of music that would appeal to their generation.
