This year, Artscape transforms into a place where fantasy, creativity, joy, and curiosity collide — encouraging guests to fully immerse themselves in moments of awe, play, and discovery. Whether through art, music, performance, food, movement, or unexpected encounters, Dreamscape is an invitation to slow down and dream boldly.
Dreaming — whether during the day or under the stars — can sometimes feel like a luxury. Dreamscape reminds us that it is something everyone deserves. It is a celebration of imagination as restoration. A chance for adults to reconnect with their inner child, for families and friends to create joyful memories together, and for communities to gather in the spirit of wonder and possibility.

In 2025, as part of Mayor Scott’s Downtown Rise Initiative, Artscape moved into the heart of Downtown Baltimore, reimagining how a weekend festival can fuel long-term impact through creative placemaking and sustainable community investment.
In 2026, we’re dreaming bigger and bolder for the city’s largest celebration of arts and culture!
